  We were just there for breakfast.  This was our 1st time at Yoder's and will definitely be back.
  
  Fantastic breakfast at very adorable prices.

  I've been here several times since it was first recommended to me several years ago. It is true that you're best bet is to get there early, because everyone else will be there early. Business is hardly ever slow from the varying times I visited, so regardless of when you do decide to go, expect some form of a wait. There are a few booths and few floor seats so this plays a large part in the wait time. But this place stays packed due to the quality of the food served. The servings are huge, hot, fresh, and very delicious. As you seen in other photos, they are part restaurant, part store, and there's a lot of cool, homemade things to purchase as well. I encourage you to get a buzzer, wait the time, and try for yourself to see what all the rave is about here.

  Yoder's is another place I went with the family I was visiting in Greenville. It is a good drive as it is further into the country. We went on a Saturday morning, and were aiming to get there around 8:30.
  
  When we got there, the wait was an hour and a half for the group of five we had. Since we drove about 45 minutes, we decided to wait. They reassured me that it would be worth it. You get a buzzer to alert you when your table is ready.
  
  Our wait ended up being closer to 2 and a half hours, as the host seemed to skip over us and seat other large parties. We did notice this and inquire our position in line; we were seated promptly after this. During the wait, we browsed the vast store attached to the restaurant and ventured outside to look at the animals (they have chickens and peacocks!). However, 2 and a half hours is a long time to walk and look at animals. We ended up sitting in the car on our phones for a good portion of the time.
  
  Once we were seated, everything went fairly smoothly. The food was great, but we were so hungry (it's about 11 am at this point) that we would have eaten anything. Prices and portion sizes are very comparable. I enjoyed all of my food. The quality of ingredients were also notable, the eggs were fresh from the chickens we watched for so long outside. The warm butter syrup made my french toast so great!
  
  I enjoyed the experience but can't say I'll be back next time I'm in town. Perhaps if I didn't go on a holiday weekend it would have been different.
  
  TL;DR Food is great. Wait however, is not. Expect to wait for a long long time. More of a special occasion trip. Definitely allot enough time for the trip.

  Awesome food,, but very very long wait to eat.. need to make restaurant bigger,  loss a lot of business because of the wait time...

  Excellent breakfast... The french toast and butter syrup is a must!! Great local hideaway and must try if in the area.
